an existing structure can be complex, especially when striving to make the addition
blend naturally with the original building. Matching floor heights and ceiling heights
and aligning the overhang and roofline with the existing structure requires careful
attention to detail and expertise. We have an architect we work closely with, and we
handle all the permitting.
