Please give us a call or submit the contact form, and we’ll arrange a convenient

and details related to your project. You’ll speak directly with the owner - no
sales representatives will contact you.
As the premier garage builder in the New Orleans metro area, we take pride
in our commitment to craftsmanship and quality. Our team comprises skilled
carpenters who meticulously construct every project from the ground up,
ensuring that nothing is prefabricated. This hands-on approach allows us
to offer a variety of customization options, including different
textures like
plywood, vinyl siding, hardie board, stucco, and more,
along with a range
of roofing styles. We also provide a wide selection of
windows and doors tailored
to your preferences.
Unlike many others, we manage every aspect of the construction process in-house,
including concrete work. By avoiding subcontractors, we maintain complete control
over the quality and timeline of your project. Additionally, we take care of all plans,
permits, and inspections required by state and parish regulations, ensuring a
seamless experience from start to finish.
We construct garages with the same precision and durability as houses: using 2x4s
placed 16 inches on center, 2x12 ceiling joists, 2x6 roof rafters, and installing all
hurricane clips as mandated by state and parish codes. The walls are sheathed with
½-inch panels, covered with a vapor barrier, and finished with the exterior material
of your choice. We use all-steel garage doors, steel-insulated entry doors, and
insulated windows for added security and energy efficiency.
Our roofing options can either match your existing structure or explore other
materials to suit your needs. The slab is typically a 4-inch, 3000 psi concrete
foundation with 12x16-inch grade beams reinforced by four 5/8-inch rods around
the perimeter and sometimes additional reinforcement through the middle,
depending on the slab size. We also install highway mesh and anchor bolts while the
concrete is wet, resulting in a foundation that is essentially equivalent to a house slab.
We also repair old or damaged garages due to a storm or old age.
